If an item is not in stock when your order is processed your order will be shipped minus that item. Your credit card will be charged ONLY for the items that are shipped. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, e-mail your request to us at cancel@heavenlylites.com. Include your Order Number in the subject line and include a brief explanation. Your request will be acknowledged as quickly as possible, please do not duplicate requests.
